Selection Method:
Online testing and in-person interviews make up the management trainee selection procedure. Candidates who meet the requirements must take an online objective test that is computer-based.
Online test:
The web test will be divided into two sections, one dealing with discipline and the other with aptitude. The test will last for ninety (90) minutes. There will be 100 questions altogether, 50 of which will come from a combination of the course curriculum for the relevant degree or applicable certificate, worth two marks each, and 50 comprising general English, statistical aptitude, reasoning, and general knowledge/awareness, for one mark each.
