Educational Qualifications:

Executive Cadre

• Management Trainee (E&M): Engineering graduate (B.E. / B.Tech) in appropriate engineering subject, such as electrical, mechanical, IT, or computer science.
• Management Trainee (Systems): Engineering graduate (B.E. / B.Tech) in appropriate engineering subject, such as electrical, mechanical, IT, or computer science.

Non-Executive Cadre

• Junior Mining Engineer Trainee (JMET): A diploma in mining or related engineering
• Assistant Foreman Trainee (Mechanical): A diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Assistant Foreman Trainee (Electrical): A diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Fitter Trainee: ITI or a comparable credential in the field of electrical and plumbing work.
• Electrician Trainee: ITI or a comparable credential in the field of electrical and plumbing work.

Age Criteria:

Candidates must be at least eighteen (19) years old, and their ages cannot exceed thirty (30). However, depending on the requirements of their particular category, candidates for special categories may be qualified for a reduction of the 35-year maximum age restriction.
