A new recruitment notification for the post of Chargeman, Senior Draughtsman, and Tradesman Mate has been posted online by the Indian Navy (Govt. of India (Ministry of Defence)) for the year 2024 with a vacancy of 910. It includes the posts for civilians aged 18 years to 27 years (Age relaxation also given according to the rules) for the various posts for Ammunition Workshop, Factory, Electrical, Mechanical, Construction, Cartography, Armament, etc.

- For all other categories, it will be Rs. 295/-

Age Criteria:
- Minimum Age for applying for the posts is 18 years
- The maximum age for applying for Chargeman and Tradesman Mate is 25 years
- The maximum age for applying for Senior Draughtsman is 27 years
Age relaxation:
- For SCs/STs: 05 years
- For OBCs: 03 years
- For PwBDs: UR-10 years (SCs/STs: 10+05, OBCs: 10+03)
- For ESM: Period of Military Service+ 03 years
- For Meritorious Sportsperson: Up to 05 years, SC/ST- 10 years)
- For Departmental Candidates with regular 03 years: 05 years.

Qualification Eligibility Criteria:
- For Chargeman (Factory and Ammunition Workshop): Either a Bachelor of Science Degree or a Diploma in Chemical Engg/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Computer Engg).
- For Senior Draughtman (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Construction/ Cartographic/ Armament): 10th pass + 2 years Diploma or Certificate in Graughtmanship+ 03 years of experience.
- For Tradesman Mate: 10th pass and Certificate in Relevant Trade.
